Terms of Use
Effective 17 September 2026 · Saaf for iPhone
By using Saaf you agree to these terms.
WHAT SAAF IS
A general wellness app that reads Apple Health data and turns it into scores, trends and training guidance. It is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition, and it is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
WHAT YOU AGREE TO
• You are at least 13 years old. • You will not rely on Saaf for a medical decision, and you will consult a qualified professional about symptoms, medication, or any concern about your health. • You will stop exercising and seek advice if you feel unwell, regardless of what a Saaf score says. • You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and of the devices that write to Apple Health.
ESTIMATES
Vital Age, Pace of Aging, sub-ages, readiness, strain, sleep, stress, energy, projections, and calorie and macro targets are ESTIMATES calculated from published research and from your own data. They carry uncertainty, they are labelled as estimates in the app, and they will sometimes be wrong. Saaf shows the inputs and weights behind every score so you can judge them for yourself.
SAAF+
Saaf+ is included free during this preview. No purchase, subscription or payment details are required. There is no automatic charge or conversion to a paid plan. If paid options are introduced in a future version, any purchase will require your explicit agreement.
AVAILABILITY
Saaf is provided "as is". Features may change between versions. Because your data lives only on your device, keeping your own backup — including an export from Settings — is your responsibility.
LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saaf is not liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from your use of the app or your reliance on any number it displays. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this clause may not apply to you.
ENDING THESE TERMS
Delete the app. Nothing is retained anywhere else.
