Report a problem

Include your app version, iPhone and iOS version, what you expected, and the steps that reproduce the issue. Please do not send health exports, passwords or sensitive information. Remove personal details from screenshots before sending them.

Missing health data

Check Saaf’s data-source choices and Apple Health permissions. Wearable data must be available in Apple Health before Saaf can read it. Apps may summarize different time periods or use different measurement definitions, so their numbers can differ.

Apple Watch

Install the companion through the Watch app on your paired iPhone. Open Saaf on the iPhone and allow its summary to sync. Include both OS versions when reporting a Watch issue.

Your data controls

In Saaf Settings you can read the privacy policy, export your local data, or delete it. Revoking Health access does not delete previously cached data. Deleting Saaf’s data does not delete the source records in Apple Health.

Free at launch

Saaf is free to download at launch. Saaf+ is included without a subscription or automatic charge.

Saaf is not a medical service and this inbox is not monitored for emergencies. Do not use app scores for diagnosis or urgent decisions. Seek qualified medical help for health concerns.
