Context before conclusions
A single night or workout is only part of the story. Saaf brings sleep, recovery, movement and training into the same conversation, with your own history as context.
THE IDEA BEHIND SAAF
Your health data should help you make sense of your day—not leave you with another number to decode.
A wearable can tell you what it recorded. The harder question is what to make of it. How does last night relate to today’s training? Is a change unusual for you, or just one day in a wider pattern?
Saaf is built to make those questions easier to explore. It brings the Apple Health data you choose to share alongside your workouts, meals and daily habits, with explanations you can open and inspect.
It is not about chasing a perfect score. It is about having enough context to make a more considered choice.
A single night or workout is only part of the story. Saaf brings sleep, recovery, movement and training into the same conversation, with your own history as context.
A useful score should invite a closer look. Explore the inputs, check the source and see what is missing. An estimate should be called an estimate—not dressed up as certainty.
No Saaf account is required. Health processing happens on your iPhone. You choose Apple Health permissions and can export or delete what Saaf stores in Settings.
INSIDE THE APP
Actual app views with synthetic example data. Your screens depend on your permissions, devices and history.

See the pieces behind your sleep score, then explore them in the app.

Look beyond a single reading and follow how your patterns change.

Keep exercise guidance, logged sets and your training history together.

Record meals and review nutrition estimates without treating a number as a verdict.

Put steps and activity in the context of your usual day.

Saaf is a general wellness app, not a medical device or a diagnosis. Vital Age and Rate of Aging describe an estimated wellness composite and its trend—not a clinically validated measurement of biological age or aging speed.
Food-photo estimates need your review. Wearables and their Apple Health exports can differ. Optional weather and speech features use Apple services as described in our privacy policy. Clear limits are part of a useful product.
